What we collect and why
Contact form. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss possible work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to enquiries) and, where you are asking about our services, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Spam protection. To block automated abuse the form checks how long it took to complete and uses a small calculation run in your browser. It also counts submissions from your connection using a one-way scrambled value derived from your IP address, kept for one hour. No third-party spam or captcha service is used.
Server logs. Our web server records technical information about each visit, including your IP address, the page requested and your browser type. We use it to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted automatically after a short period (about two weeks).
